If you live in Dallas or nearby cities or are moving into our area, and you are a heart patient or caregiver for a heart patient, we invite you to join us at Dallas Chapter 30 of The Mended Hearts, Inc.  Please accept our open invitation to join us at any one of our monthly meetings (listed on the Meetings page of this website), meet with us, and listen to an informative presentation by one of our guest speakers.  Visitors are always welcome at our monthly meetings, so please don’t hesitate to come by for a visit.

After seeing who we are and discovering just what we do, you may wish to join us at Dallas Chapter 30.  An application form for membership is provided below.  Simply download the form, complete and mail it, along with a check for the appropriate amount, to our Dallas Chapter 30 Treasurer.
